Valentine's Day Love-cakes

Chocolate Drizzled Snowball Cookies

Yes...I ventured out of my cupcake comfort zone and created these delish snowballs for the kids' teachers last Christmas. The cookie on the inside was chocolate with walnuts, rolled in powdered sugar and drizzled with Belgian chocolate...Mmmmmm!
