Valentine's Day Love-cakes

These Red Velvet love-cakes with Vanilla whipped creme cheese frosting, swirled Ghiradelli chocolate and sugar hearts were made with much love and appreciation for my kids' dedicated teachers at ICEF Vista Academy.
