About Me

Gigi-Belle Cupcakes by Juju: I am a wife and mother of 4. I believe w/Christ at the center of a marriage & family, NOTHING can tear it apart. I am an educator at heart, however I've taken a break from teaching to tend to my growing family's needs. I do, however, still work full-time. My temp. career change allows me the flexibility of being the wife and mother I need to be at this stage in my family's life. When I'm not playing Ms. Party Planner, Fam. Taxi Driver, Sr. Accountant and Domestic Engineer for the Gallardo Fam. Household, I love to unwind w/what I call "Cupcake Therapy" (CT). My own prsnl "Juju time" to pray, think, dream...and veg! Now when I say "CT" I do not mean a time to sit and indulge in the consump. of one of these high caloric treats of pleasure...I mean a time for me to break out the baking supps. & create yummy 'lil works of art. I love to bake 'em, display 'em, and package 'em...ok, and eat 'em too! I've had the pleasure of baking for bdays, baby showers, grads., ofc. parties...and even a couple of weddings. FUN!!! For now it's a hobby I love. Finally...I love to write, write, and write. It relieves stress!
